First Choice Home Health is dedicated to the cause of caring, healing and alleviating suffering of patients in body, soul and spirit working hand in hand with families and support persons. The vision of healing the whole person within the comfort of his or her home is our inspiration to serve.
First Choice Home Health's goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles:
- The belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual.
- The belief that each individual regardless of age, sex, race, color, national origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation is entitled to maximize his or her potential as a human being and as a member of society.
It is the contention of First Choice Home Health that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of that process. The needs, feelings and contributions of such an individual vary in scope, but certainly not in kind from those in younger and more agile stages of development. First Choice Home Health is dedicated to the medical treatment and rehabilitation of aged, ill, and/or disabled individuals and the preservation of their rights, within the confines of their homes, in order that they can maximize their contributions and fulfill their goals as a family and society member with a minimum of conflict.

Who We Are
First Choice Home Health is a locally owned and operated, vibrant healthcare provider focusing its efforts on the people of Gallatin County, Montana. We are a not a chain. Our therapists and nurses are your neighbors who care about you.
It's founder and owner, Norm Dreyer, is a licensed occupational therapist, licensed nursing home administrator and healthcare trade association executive with more than 15 years experience in the field. First Choice is dedicated to providing the best in home health care services to the growing communities of Gallatin County. First Choice believes the patient deserves to be first when choosing and providing quality care, and centers all treatment plans around the patient, family and physician's desires to return the patient to his or her highest functional level possible. First Choice employs skilled and professional healthcare providers to achieve these goals.
